Our Mission
I created my retreats as a way to share what I love most: the balance of adventure and stillness, movement and rest, community and self-discovery. Whether hiking, practicing yoga by the ocean, or sharing meals with friends, I believe the most meaningful transformation comes from connection - to nature, to each other, and to ourselves. My hope is that each retreat leaves you feeling grounded, renewed, and inspired.
Meet Andrea
Helicopter Pilot turned Yogi! Andrea is a nature-loving yogi and internationally certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, having completed her training in Bali, Indonesia. With more than a decade of teaching experience, she has guided students in studios, private sessions, corporate events, offering practices that range from powerful Vinyasa flows to deeply restorative candlelight Yin. Her path has also included serving as Supervisor of the Fitness and Yoga Department at the Wynn and Encore Resorts in Las Vegas, where she introduced wellness practices into a luxury hospitality setting. In addition, she worked as a Wellness Coach within a Medical Doctors integrative team, weaving together nutrition, movement, and mindfulness with heart and spirit.
Beyond the studio, Andrea's passion for rhythm and flow shines through as she moves with music, infusing her classes and retreats with a playful, soulful energy, As the founder of her own yoga retreat business, she curates transformative experiences that invite participants to reconnect with themselves, nature, and the present moment. Drawn to the beauty of the outdoors, Andrea finds inspiration hiking among the red rocks, riding ocean waves, snowboarding in the mountains, and embracing life as an unfolding journey of mindfulness, connection, and growth.
